Script approach
To add a chord, write the notes inside curly braces with colons, like {:S1P1:}. The same chord syntax can also be used with tabla bols when you want multiple bols to sound together.
Snippet and example:
[melody start]
[S1R1{:G1P1:}m1|P1P1{:D1N1:}S2|S2N1({:D1P1:})P1|m1G1R1S1][notations]
[{:G1N1:}|{:G1D2:}|D1({:G1D2:})|D1][tabla]
[melody end]
Melody table approach
- Select the beat where the chord should appear.
- Enter chord mode so new notes stack in the selected beat.
- Add each chord note.
- Exit chord mode, then move to the next beat manually.
Keyboard approaches
- Real keyboard: type {: to enter chord mode and :} to exit chord mode.
- Virtual keyboard: open the Ornaments tab, use Add chord, then click the note keys to stack notes.
Example
Use Player to view and play. Use Script to edit the Vishwamohini text, then return to Player to render your changes.
