Raga Material for Vocal Prarambhik exam of Akhil Bharatiya Gandharva Mahavidyalay. This tutorial is created & reviewed in collaboration with Pandit Rajendra Kandalgaonkar. You need expertise like solo Tabla player while accompanying string instrument, but from creativity point of view it demands more than Solo material. Accompaniment becomes interesting when Tabla player tries to follow improvisation as per structure of Gat of string instrument. Also tries to repeat same rhythmic pattern as demonstrated by main artist. There is lot of scope for creativity, so this is collection of some ideas on this topic.
