The Website may include user-generated content. Vishwamohini does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, legality, quality, completeness, musical correctness, educational value, or usefulness of any user-submitted content.

“User Content” means any content submitted, uploaded, published, stored, embedded, shared, or otherwise made available by users on the Website, including compositions, notations, lyrics, tabla bols, audio, video links, text, images, descriptions, comments, metadata, tags, profile information, or other materials.

You retain ownership of your original User Content. Vishwamohini does not claim ownership of your original compositions or materials merely because you upload or publish them on the Website.

However, by submitting, uploading, saving, publishing, or sharing User Content on Vishwamohini, you grant Vishwamohini a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, modify for technical formatting, translate display formats, make backups, create previews, embed, transmit, perform, and otherwise use your User Content only for operating, improving, promoting, and providing the Website and related services.

This licence continues for as long as your User Content is available on the Website. If you delete your User Content, we will make reasonable efforts to remove it from active public display, but copies may remain in backups, logs, caches, embeds, archives, or where other users have already accessed, copied, shared, or embedded it.

You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit.

By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

You agree to indemnify Vishwamohini against claims arising from User Content submitted by you.

1. Is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, pornographic, hateful, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory.
2. Encourages violence, self-harm, criminal activity, fraud, exploitation, or illegal conduct.

4. Misrepresents authorship, ownership, source, permission, or performance credits.

9. Is unrelated to the purpose of Vishwamohini, where we reasonably consider it spam or misuse.
10. Attempts to manipulate ratings, views, comments, feedback, search results, or platform ranking.
11. Interferes with the Website’s security, performance, availability, or integrity.
12. Scrapes, copies, indexes, extracts, or bulk-downloads Website content without permission, except as allowed by law or by our published APIs/tools.
13. Uses bots, automated scripts, or unauthorized access methods to misuse the Website.
14. Attempts to reverse engineer, bypass limitations, or misuse software, audio samples, notation tools, or platform infrastructure.

We may remove, restrict, demonetize, unpublish, edit formatting, disable access to, or refuse to publish any content that we believe violates these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, platform guidelines, or quality requirements.

Vishwamohini may review, moderate, approve, reject, edit formatting, categorize, tag, feature, unpublish, or remove User Content at our discretion.

We are not required to pre-screen all content. However, we may review content manually or through automated tools for quality, relevance, copyright risk, safety, legal compliance, technical compatibility, or platform integrity.

Publication of content on Vishwamohini does not mean that Vishwamohini endorses, verifies, certifies, or accepts legal responsibility for that content.

Unless otherwise stated, AI-assisted output does not guarantee originality, copyright clearance, raga correctness, educational correctness, or performance suitability.

You must not use AI features to generate unlawful, infringing, misleading, harmful, impersonating, or deceptive content.

The Website may contain links, embeds, references, or integrations from third-party websites or services, including video platforms, audio platforms, payment services, analytics tools, educational resources, or external artist/institution pages.

Vishwamohini does not control third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their content, policies, accuracy, security, availability, or practices.

We do not guarantee that any notation, raga explanation, taal explanation, tabla composition, lesson, audio playback, fingering, practice method, or music theory explanation is complete, correct, authentic, suitable for examination, suitable for performance, or accepted by any gharana, teacher, institution, board, or tradition.

Users should verify important learning or performance material with a qualified teacher, artist, or expert.

Vishwamohini may allow users, teachers, artists, institutions, or service providers to display profiles, links, classes, events, products, or services.

If Vishwamohini is found liable despite these Terms, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Vishwamohini for the relevant service in the three months before the claim arose, or INR 1,000, whichever is lower.
